What's in stock?

The epic with the Soviet Weapons of the Afghan War had a happy ending and we now fulfilled all the preorders. Some books are still in stock, so if you wanted to grab one - now is a good time, because it doesn't look like they will last long. Specifically, both Soviet Weapons and German camouflage books are low on stock and are likely to be sold out until the end of spring. We might be making a second edition for Soviet Weapons of the Afghan War, but that's not yet confirmed.

Stuff we have in stock:

Easy Company in Normandy

The book that we are doing in collaboration with Plastic Invasion. To produce a high-end product, we integrate our historical research, design experience, and marketing expertise. The renowned Easy Company paratroopers' gear, guns, and outfits will all be thoroughly examined in this project, guaranteeing that every little detail is recorded with the utmost precision and excellence.

Soviet Weapons of the Atomic Age - continuation of the weapons series!

The second volume of the most recent book series from Safar Publishing, The Soviet Weapons of the Atomic Age, provides a thorough examination of the arsenals that the Soviet Union developed and deployed.

Soviet Weapons of the Atomic Age

Following the conclusion of the Second World War, the Soviet Army refrained from engaging in any significant conflicts. As a result, the period between World War II and the Afghan War is significantly understudied. The early Cold War era's uniforms, equipment, vehicles, and weapons have not been extensively researched.

This book encompasses the majority of infantry weapons that were issued by the Soviet Army during that period, including the most recent developments in the Soviet armament industry and the remnants of the Second World War.

Update on Uniforms books

Right now we have three books on uniforms in the works, all in different stages of completion. These books can be seen in detail here:

Two of these books have the majority of photos done and now they are waiting for the completion of the texts. Unlikely for all three to be published this year, it is likely that they will just appear on the website, without Kickstarter or any form of pre-order campaign. So, wait for this "in stock" alarm!

More weapons projects!

Finally, we are going to publish a very much an academic manuscript - Guardians of Neutrality – Swiss Rifles Through the Ages.

Guardians of Neutrality – Swiss Rifles Through the Ages

This book is different from our usual projects. It is a deep historic and technical dive into the fascinating subject of Swiss Army rifles. Covering the whole "modern" period of Swiss gunsmithing, this book is highly anticipated by our publishing. It will be a very fine addition to any firearm historian or collector.

The book is mostly complete and waiting for the photography and artwork. We are likely to run a full scale Kickstarter and pre-order campaign, which will start as soon as the Soviet Weapons of the Atomic Age are delivered to backers.
